Admissions Criteria

Prospective Clients

Females ages 12 to 18, should be experiencing serious mental health disturbance and/or drug and alcohol problems due to their use and be willing to evaluate the seriousness of the abuse.

Substance Abuse Assessment And Intake

Assessments are designated for new clients or clients without a current assessment.

Any individual new client or client without a current assessment presenting for drug and alcohol services may receive an assessment / level of care determination.

Assessment / Level of Care activities may include any or all of the following:

  • Screening
  • Assessment
  • Level of Care recommendation (based on Youth Protocol Level of Care)
  • Identification of need for referral to Intensive Case Management
  • Arrangements for placement

Mental Health Intake Requirements

A potential client must be presenting a serious emotional disturbance or in need of mental health services who have been referred by or are receiving mental health services from a hospital, mental health agency, or practitioner.

Assessment Includes

  • Screening
  • Assessment
  • Level of Care recommendation (based on Youth Protocol Level of Care)
  • Identification of need for referral to Intensive Case Management
  • Arrangements for placement
