Medication is frequently used alone or in conjunction with other services such as psychotherapy to stabilize and /or eliminate the symptoms that accompany psychiatric disorders. Our comprehensive medical department treats adults and children age 4 and older by assessing the client’s need for medication. Because our mental well-being is directly connected to our overall physical health, stress and trauma can leave us feeling anxious, hopeless and overwhelmed. When these feelings go untreated, major psychological and physical illnesses can result.
