Case Management

Treatment planning services provided to assist and support individuals in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other services essential to meeting basic human needs. May include interactions with family members, and other professional supports/local agencies. Medication is frequently used alone or in conjunction with other services such as psychotherapy to stabilize and /or eliminate the symptoms that accompany psychiatric disorders. Our comprehensive medical department treats adults and children age 4 and older by assessing the client’s need for medication. Because our mental well-being is directly connected to our overall physical health, stress and trauma can leave us feeling anxious, hopeless and overwhelmed. When these feelings go untreated, major psychological and physical illnesses can result.
